3. How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically make our deliveries a day after the order has been placed unless the customer denotes a same day urgency.

4. What is our return or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

  1. Returns: You may return your bag within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please include all original packaging and tags.
  2. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your bag for a different style or size, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be in its original, unused condition. The cost of shipping will be covered only if purchased in Kenya.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage or incorrect item to facilitate the process.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized bags are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.
